In the last 10 years, we’ve seen the rise of Positive Psychology, a science of what makes life worth living.

It is the approach to life and lessons I feel most aligned with and the foundation of my approach to the work I’ve done with individuals, organisations, systems, and how I personally approach my life and family.

The three pillars of Positive Psychology are positive experiences, positive individual traits, and positive institutions. Understanding positive emotions entails the study of contentment with the past, happiness in the present, and hope for the future.⠀
