3 Good Things Gratitude Journals
When we reflect on our day seeking out the good things that have happened, the very act of thinking good thoughts releases serotonin, a feel-good chemical that is also a sleep aid.
If we reflect on the good things every day for 100 days at the same time, just before sleep, it switches our neural pathways to a more solutions-based attitude, we begin to see the good things in every little piece that makes up our life and sometimes shines a light on the negative areas that we might need to drop or move away from. When we have a solution-based attitude, we are better equipped to manage challenges when they arise, keeping our cortisol/stress levels at bay.
